Yaffles finding out about HedgehogsDuke of Edinburgh candidates help children make pine cone bird feedersNEXT SESSION:  SUNDAY 7th MAY 2017

We will be checking on how our worms are getting on in their wormery and having a quick peek in one of our bird-boxes to see if anyone has moved in!  Then it is off to look for wildflowers and listen for birdsong.

A quiz walk will lead us to our picnic place. Please bring a snack and something to drink.

As always, very tough clothes and footwear required ; we’ll be pushing through undergrowth!

Yaffles is our popular session for family groups with young children.  All are welcome, but activities are most suited for 3 - 8 years.

Term Time Sessions:  We meet regularly on the first Sunday of every month except August at 10.15 for 10.30am at the Cricket Pavilion at Vine Road Recreation Ground SW13 0NE.

These informal, social sessions are a great chance for families to get together, have fun, discover more about their local area, and how we can all do a bit to help.

We usually head off for an exploratory nature walk with plenty of hands-on fun activities along the way, returning to Vine Road Pavilion for tea, biscuits and chat before finishing about 12.00.

Holiday Sessions - We also run regular Monday Yaffles' sessions as part of our Holiday Programme.  Next holiday session will be Monday 3rd April 2017.

Don't miss out!  There is no charge for these sessions, but places must be booked and spaces are limited.

Challenge:  What does Yaffle mean?  Come along and let us know! Cool
