Half Term Outdoor Family Learning

Explore the outdoors and take part in our Bug Hunting and Plant Detective activities!

At this event you will have the opportunity to explore the outdoors with your family group and see if you can identify the plant and mini-beast species you come across! The activities will last for 2 hours with opportunities to take a break and socialise throughout. All young people must be accompanied by an adult. Suitable for ages 3+.

This event will be entirely outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather and in clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty!

The meeting point will be outside the Pavilion at Vine Road Recreation Ground SW13 0NE – what3words ///monday.chief.joke . We will be heading out from to the common shortly after the event starts so do aim to arrive for 11am.

TICKETS: All proceeds from ticket sales will support future learning events and we would encourage you, if you can, to pay full price. We do not want cost to be a barrier to our activities, so if for any reason you are unable to pay for the full price tickets please select the ‘Concession’ option.

COVID SAFETY: We will do all we can to make this event Covid safe, including providing hand sanitiser. However, we ask attendees to take a lateral flow test before attending, respect each other’s space and wear a face covering.
