Yaffles finding out about HedgehogsDuke of Edinburgh candidates help children make pine cone bird feedersNEXT SESSION:

SUNDAY May 6th 2018

(there is NO YAFFLES on Easter Sunday 1st April 2018 but why not join us on Sunday 8th April for our Annual Litter Clean Up)

Come along and join us!

Yaffles is our popular session for family groups with young children.  All are welcome, but activities are most suited for 3 - 8 years.

Term Time Sessions:  We meet regularly on the first Sunday in February, March, April, May and October, November December - perfect seasons to get out, explore, share family time and find out more about our wildlife and plants through the seasons.  We meet at 10.15 for 10.30am at the Cricket Pavilion at Vine Road Recreation Ground SW13 0NE.

These informal, social sessions are a great chance for families to get together, have fun, discover more about their local area, and how we can all do a bit to help.

We usually head off for an exploratory nature walk with plenty of hands-on fun activities along the way, returning to Vine Road Pavilion for tea, biscuits and chat before finishing about 12.00.

Don't miss out!  There is no charge for these sessions, but places must be booked and spaces are limited.

Challenge:  What does Yaffle mean?  Come along and let us know! Cool
