TEMPORARY PAGE - Our new website is under construction and we hope to roll this out in late Spring. So we do hope you will bear with us and this basic page in this in-between time. Information as and when it comes in will be posted up here, and also added to the calendar that you can find on our home page
Once completed, here is just some of the information you will be able to find. If there is something you would like to see or to offer, please do let us know!

Soft Fruit Varieties
Through working together to create and maintain our small orchards, as well as our soft fruit and food-growing areas, there is fantastic opportunity to make a real difference. These areas give us opportunities for growing and sharing food and community, learning, laughing - and safeguarding valuable space as year-round biodiversity havens for wildlife for many years to come.
We need many hands and also a few strong backs to help. In fact, there really isn't much that we don't need! It is not just about the initial planting. We need help with marketing, publicity, watering rotas, workshops...the list goes on. So please, if you have an interest, keen or amateur, - or ideas - please... we want to hear them all!
First Planting has taken place and we are celebrating this with our very first Winter Wassail on Saturday 19th January 2019 – a chance to lighten the darker days of winter, to share, make merry, make noise and enjoy a mulled cider or two… most definitely a date for the diary! If successful, we are hoping this could become a regular event in our calendar.
Second Planting is dependent on those wonderful folk at Brogdales, who have been grafting and preparing our trees for many months, if not years. We are hoping this may take place by mid-February. Don't worry - we will be letting everyone know via this page, our calendar, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram....and you! Please do spread the word.
We were delighted with our first 'making for Wassail' workshop - take a look here
