This is an event for professionals who would like to find out more about our Growing for Wellbeing group. You may work with clients who would benefit from taking part in outdoor activities, with others from the local community, in a supportive setting. The growing for wellbeing group has been established specifically for those who wish to improve their physical and/or mental wellbeing through growing. Activities are at a pace that suits the individual, and are tailored to their own specific needs.

There will be a tour of the project, an introduction to the group - who it is suitable for, what a typical session is like and how to refer - and a chance to ask questions. Refreshments will be provided and you will have a chance to taste some produce from the garden.
