Ten Days of Delight!

Sunrise, from the deck of a barge moored somewhere along a River, our Keeper makes a pot of tea to mark Day 1 of FindersKeepers, our year-long project centred around the evocative words and exquisite images created by Robert MacFarlane and Jackie Morris in The Lost Words.

It is our celebration of just ten of these words, all fading from the language of children, all there to be seen if we only take the time to look.

Over the next 10 days, as we near Equinox, we will be highlighting a different Portal for you to explore and share.

The project closes its circle on Longest Day 2020 so still lots of time to be involved – wherever you live – we hope to see you there!
