Bori Kiss joined us on 1st November 2021 and will be working for one day a week, managing FoBC’s websites and social media. Keeping an eye on all the online traffic and maintaining a vibrant and fresh look to the websites is no mean feat, but with her extensive experience as a social media consultant, Bori is already bringing new ideas and will really help to smooth the way for FoBC’s communications.
On the 29th November, we also welcomed our new Education & Outdoor Learning officer, Paddy Hayes who will be working for two days a week. Paddy has several years of teaching experience, particularly from the Creekside Discovery Centre at Deptford where he will still be working three days a week. Paddy will not only be continuing with the various initiatives that Sharon had begun, but will also be playing a pivotal role in developing the educational and outdoor learning potential for the new Vine Road project.
We are also pleased to announce that Ian Tottman, whom many of you will know already as a regular volunteer, joined the Board of Trustees in October. Ian brings an extensive range of marketing and communications skills to the table which will be invaluable in helping FoBC to progress further.
Finally, just a note on Jackie Marie who hopefully many of you will have met now. Jackie has been with FoBC for a year now and has become our Communications, Community Engagement and Development Manager so a big thank you to Jackie for keeping all the plates spinning!
