SUNDAY 1ST DECEMBER
Yaffles is our popular session for family groups with young children. All are welcome, but activities are most suited for toddlers – 8 years. This year, we are excited to be able to make our nature activities a part of the Lost Words FindersKeepers project. We hope you will enjoy being a part of the journey! Find out more about FindersKeepers.
Term Time Sessions
We meet regularly on the first Sunday October – June, perfect seasons to get out, explore, share family time and find out more about our wildlife and plants through the seasons. We meet at 10.15 for 10.30am at the Cricket Pavilion at Vine Road Recreation Ground SW13 0NE.
These informal, social sessions are a great chance for families to get together, have fun, discover more about their local area, and how we can all do a bit to help.
We usually head off for an exploratory nature walk with plenty of hands-on fun activities along the way, returning to Vine Road Pavilion for tea, biscuits and chat before finishing about 12.00.
If you would like to know more about any of our activities and holiday sessions for young people, please contact Sharon: [email protected]
Don’t miss out! Come along and enjoy a free taster session! After that, there is no charge for FoBC Family Members. Annual Family Membership is just £10. Drop in’s are welcome, but these are popular sessions and places should be booked in advance please, to avoid disappointment and help the leaders plan accordingly.
