Join local artisan Ellie Morgan and create a spectacular Christmas wreath from natural materials at this fun workshop.

Support Barnes Common’s education and conservation work and join us for a fun afternoon of companionship and crafting!

You will design and create your very own, stunning natural Christmas wreath to take home. This popular workshop is run by local artisan Ellie Morgan, founder of Wood Wool Willow. She will guide you in making eco-friendly and completely biodegradable Christmas wreaths, constructed around a base woven from willow.

Your ticket will include a mug of mulled wine (or a hot drink) and a mince pie, as well as all materials.

You are very welcome to bring your child(ren) as we have organised an activity for them in the polytunnel making Christmas crafts. Book tickets on this page.

All the profits of these workshops will go towards supporting our charity's work.

All are welcome, however, booking is essential. Please note, one ticket is for one person only, and every attendee needs a ticket. Spaces are limited so please book early.

"A lovely evening spent creating a beautiful eco friendly festive wreath and making new friends. We were guided through the process by a warm and friendly expert and the results which were charming, were proudly displayed on our front door!"

Dogs will not be admitted at this event except guide dogs. All our events are dog free unless specifically mentioned in the event listing.

Ticket discounts:

All proceeds from ticket sales support future learning and conservation activities, and we would encourage you, if you can, to pay full price. We do not want cost to be a barrier to our activities, so if for any reason you are unable to pay for the full price tickets, we have a limited number of discounted concession tickets. Please contact us for more details.
