Food Bank Project

The Community Growing Project has an established relationship with the Richmond Food Network (Castelnau Centre). Throughout the growing season, we deliver a weekly box of fresh, organic produce to the centre, containing up to 16 different types of fruit and veg. Each box benefits roughly 8 families.

We have been delighted to hear how much the boxes were enjoyed, and that some families tried (and loved!) veg that they had not had before. We aim to increase production year on year, so that our locally grown produce can be sampled by as many people in the community as possible!
