Run the Richmond Run-Fest and help raise funds for Barnes Common!

Choose the Half Marathon or the 10K

In 2025, run the UK’s most beautiful & flattest 10k starting inside the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew and raise funds for our charity. The course is full of beautiful landmarks and finishes in a music festival at Old Deer Park in Richmond.

When: Sunday 14th September 2025

10K challenge
Fundraising target: £300
Registration fee: £20

Half marathon challenge
Fundraising target: £450
Registration fee: £30

Why run for Barnes Common

Full support from event organisers including:

  • A unique triangular medal at the finish
  • Free entry for runners and up to 4 spectators to Kew Gardens on the day, including to Kew’s famous Children’s Garden
  • Free training plans
  • Free photos to all charity runners
  • Each charity runner receives a free glass of prosecco to celebrate their achievement

 

Dedicated support from our Barnes Common event team including:

  • A team running vest/t-shirt (TBC)
  • Tips on keeping fit and well when training for a run

 

And of course you will be contributing to the conservation, education and community work of Barnes Common.
