Art in Nature

What: As part of our FindersKeepers Lost Words project, Art in Nature are immersive 45 minute sessions for our youngest members. Directed by their adults (although it can often be the other way ’round!) we can be found out on the Common finding sounds, colours, shapes – or at Vine Road getting close up with seeds, plants, mini-beasties and pollinators. Seasonal activities have included mud potions; water play; collage; making watering cans or bird feeders from recycled materials, and story-telling.

When: OTT (outside term-time) 10.15 – 11.45. Please check our calendar for upcoming dates.

Where: Vine Road Recreation Ground SW13 0NE.

In increasingly busy times, we believe that the consistency – and plain good fun – of making time to slow down is time well-spent. Time to see with fresh eyes, to listen, wonder, and enjoy exploring with friends in a familiar local space offers a wonderful chance to discover, learn and simply “be”.

There is plenty of time at the end of our session for tea, cakes and chat. We do hope you can join us. Cost: There is no charge to members and our Annual Family Membership is from £10, including current nannies/childminders. Non-members £5.
